What this estimate includes

The Registrar-General’s FAQ states that a buyer pays registration duty of 5% on the transaction value. This tool applies that published general rate as a starting estimate. The buyer’s status, property type, scheme, relief or special provisions can affect an individual deed. The seller’s land transfer tax is not included.

Notarial fees depend on the work and transaction. KickOff does not have a verified current schedule that can safely calculate every case, so enter the quote provided by your notary instead of relying on a guessed rate.
